Not only has it imported the latest manufacturing equipment from Netherland, USA etc., but has also introduced advanced manufacturing techniques from Japan in addition to employing Japanese specialists with FDA experience to supervise production and quality control.

The company has imported advanced manufacturing and test equipment from foreign countries such as America, Japan, Germany and Switzerland; established strict operation rules according to GMP requirements, and established interior control quality standard which exceeds the law standards, to strongly guarantee the products in every points in process.。

Technological supervision

National drug inspection department randomly inspects on the products regularly or irregularly. In addition, the company also actively sends products for inspection and the qualified rate is 100%.

Drug supervision department also do random inspection on the company GMP. The GMP performance situation always gets praise from the relative departments. The company also attaches importance to the defectiveness in inspection; correct the defectiveness and perfect the product immediately.

Process control and online control

The company establishes key post standard and operation SOP; carries out strictly according to the system; when error occurs, the quality administration department will find out the reason according to error and correct it with the relative department timely; QA and QC staffs carry out the real-time control and random inspection to guarantee the 100% qualified rate.

Product quality trace

Quality administration department carries out the stability experiment on the products, to timely solve, correct and perfect the product problem, and classify the market feedback in files and record.
