Holding the principle of "Science and technology are the fundamental, scientific management is the core of our strategies", the company has built up dedicated and self-contained facilities strictly complied with EU-GMP requirements. Not only has it imported advanced equipments and instruments from Netherland, USA, Japan, Germany etc., but also introduced updated manufacturing techniques from Japan along with a stationed Japanese specialist possessing rich experiences in FDA to advice on techniques and to monitor Quality Control.

Main Luck has laid down detailed operation procedures complied with GMP requirements, and established in-house quality control standards at a level of even higher than those set out in the law to ensure that the products are produced and controlled to the quality standards as required by GMP.

Supervision by Drug Authorities

State drug inspection department sample and inspect the products both regularly and irregularly. In addition, Main Luck also sent products spontaneously to the authorities for inspection, and 100% qualified.

Main Luck always gets positive assessment on inspections by Drug administration authorities. Defects in the inspections will be paid great attention to and will be investigated and corrected promptly.

Quality Control

All key positions in the company have specific job descriptions and managerial responsibilities in written, all manufacturing processes and processing instructions are clearly defined and are carried out correctly, deviations investigated and corrected timely. QA and QC personnel carry out the in-process controls and regular inspections to ensure the products are 100% qualified.

Post-marketing Control

Quality department carry out the on-going stability programme to monitor quality of the product over its shelf life; examine complaints about marketed products, investigate and take measures to correct defects and prevent reoccurrence; All reflects from market are classified, recorded and archived.
